received another e-mail today..

jiajun, unit webmaster, has been sacked for not uploading a file on time.. that's 2 down from the ExCo..

damm you.. you're so unhappy with how we do our work, how we delay slightly or make a minor mistake, might as well sack our whole ExCo and you solo all the work.. i seriously hate you and so do everyone else.. you have no idea how much we look forward to POP in august..

yeah that's how most of us will feel.. this is how we will feel without thinking about this.. why will he keep scolding us, threaten us, and even sack us? why will we even be threatened if we do our work properly?
we do not meet up with his standards.. imagine, if he does not push us and warn us like this, will we improve?
its a unchangable fact that he's like that.. that's his working style.. instead of being unhappy with his style, we should change ourselves and adept to it..
i will try my best not to make any more mistakes so that he will not have the opportunity to scold..
the same goes out to all others in the ExCo.. do nothing but your fullest..
