day one of leadership sabbacticals..

rather fun day.. played a few games and had a talk by mr hon.. quite a bit of group discussion over transformation vs servant leadership and the ten characteristics of a servant leader..

ironically, jia chen, HSC president is also attending the sabbac..

The Crash

end of the day, watched a video of Ernest Shackleton, the man who led the Endurance expedition of 1914-1916 in antartica.. quite an unbelievable true story..
